Saunotus Practitioner
As a third-generation Finnish-American, Joyce has long pursued connection to her ancestral roots.
Following a transformative journey to Finland where she experienced the profound healing gifts of the sauna, she returned several times to immerse herself in the training to become a Saunotus (sauna healing) practitioner.
Today, she is dedicated to introducing these authentic Finnish healing rituals and ceremonies to New England USA, providing a serene space for clients to achieve deep connection to themselves and with Nature.
